Brown Sugar Simple Syrup Latte

Brown sugar latte with extra foam.

Brown sugar simple syrup:
• 1 part brown sugar 
• 1 part filtered water 
• Combine & heat over stove just until sugar is dissolved (I stopped before it started boiling)
• Add to glass container and keep in the fridge up to 2 weeks. 

Add desired amount of simple syrup in your mug- Brew espresso and let cool - pour cooled espresso over brown sugar syrup - add steamed milk - add extra foam from the milk frother- sprinkle with sugar. 

I use the Breville Barista express to make my espresso (I love Wallhouse coffee espresso beans) and I found this milk frother makes the best foam!
