5 Overnight Oats you need to try


Overnight oats are so easy to make and so delicious! Here are a few of my favorite recipes:

  1. Lemon Blueberry: Add ins- handful of blueberries + lemon zest or 3 drops lemon vitality.
  2. Apple Crisp: Add ins- 1/2 apple cut in chunks, TBSP maple syrup, teaspoon vanilla.
  3. Chocolate Covered Raspberry: Add ins - 2 TBSP dark choc chips + handful of raspberries.
  4. Strawberry Banana: Add ins- 6 strawberries sliced + 1/2 banana sliced.
  5. PB & J: Add ins- scoop of nut butter + favorite berry jam.

Follow the recipe below adding the appropriate add ins and toppings!

TOPPINGS: Top with extra add ins, nut butter, coconut flakes or more chia seeds. Be creative!
