DIY Essential Oil Room, Hair & Body Sprays.

I love essential oils & I really love making my own sprays, blends and perfumes! My current obsession: BODY & ROOM SPRAYS!!!

In high school I was the queen of Bath and Body Works body sprays. 🙋🏻🙈 But now I know some body sprays are full of yuck we don't really want in and on our bodies...so I've made my own natural sprays using Young Living essential oils!

Here are some of my favorite recipes:

All these sprays are in made in 4 oz glass spray bottles. Affiliate links:  6 pack || 12 pack.

HAPPY MOMMA:
+ 6 drops clary sage
+ 6 drops white angelica
+ 1 splash of witch hazel
+ Top off with distilled water
Spray on like body spray and SLAY!

LULLABY SPRAY:
+ 6 drops lavender
+ 6 drops cedarwood
+ 6 drops gentle baby
+ 1 splash of witch hazel
+ Top off with distilled water
Spray on bed sheets, pillows, stuffed animals, favorite blanket etc.

MERMAID HAIR SPRAY:
+ 6 drops lavender
+ 6 drops rosemary
+ 3 drops cedarwood
+ Top off with distilled water

SPRING FRESH ROOM SPRAY:
+ 10 drops purification
+ 6 drops lemon
+ Top off with distilled water

FRESH LINEN AND BED SPRAY:
+ 10 drops lavender
+ 6 drops roman chamomile
+ Top off with distilled water
Lightly mist bed sheets and pillows.

REFRESHING ROOM SPRAY:
+ 5 drops rosemary
+ 5 drops orange
+ 5 drops peppermint
+ Top off with distilled water

REFRESHING BODY SPRAY:
+ 6 drops grapefruit
+ 6 drops lavender
+ 1 splash witch hazel
+ Top off with distilled water

SEXY SPRAY:
+ 6 drops ylang ylang
+ 6 drops idaho blue spruce
+ 2 drops sensation
+ 1 splash of witch hazel
+ Top off with distilled water

I have been using essential oils since July 2014.  I am super passionate about them and living as chemical free as possible! I once read that as women, we put as many as 80 chemicals in or on our bodies by breakfast time. GAH!! That is crazy! I have switched to using all natural makeup, changed out a lot of my facial products to Young living products and I love making chemical free perfumes and body sprays like these to replace those yucky things that I would normally be using!
