Coffee Mugs & DIY Whip Cream Hearts.
I am beyond thrilled to be doing another collaboration with Natalie of NSPottery! Yesterday my friend Jenna came over for a photo shoot & we had so much fun!
Here are a few sneak peek pics I took yesterday while Jenna was snapping away! I am just giddy over the results!
I had lots of ideas in my head for what I wanted the shoot to look like. And when I saw these amazing marshmallow hearts Kim of Oh Sweet Joy made, I knew I HAD TO HAVE something similar!
I did not have time to make the marshmallow version, so I opted for a much simpler concept!
DIY Frozen Whip Cream Hearts!
They are SO easy and SO very yummy!
Here is what you need:
- 2 large tubs cool whip
- large cookie sheet
- heart shaped cookie cutters (i used 2 sizes)
Here is what you do:
Simply spread the cool whip on the cookie sheet, insert toothpicks so the shrink wrap doesn't stick to the cool whip, cover with shrink wrap.
Freeze the whole tray (I kept them in freezer over night) then use your cookie cutters to make your hearts & drop into your coffee! ENJOY!
I also wanted to share my Valentine's Day Mug Swap Goodies I got from my sweet swap partner Lindsay!
She totally spoiled me! In addition to the goodies above, she sent me a notebook and pen, seashells from a local shop where she lives, amazing lip gloss (you know I am a lip gloss girl) and raisinettes which I promptly ate as soon as I opened the package! Thank you so much Lindsay!
Happy Valentine's Day friends!
