I just wanted to say WELCOME to all my new followers & HOWDY to my "old" ones! 

I have gained quite a few new followers lately and thought this would be a good time to let you all know a little about me! 

How about playing 10 things 

you might not know about me:

1. I am a Cancer survivor.  I was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma 2 months after my son was born.  I went through surgeries, Chemo & radiation...not a fun time in my life. But it did make me stronger, and made me realize God is in control...always. And I am now cancer free! :)  

 

2. I married my high school sweetheart, Brooks, when I was 21. He proposed to me under the stars, in the middle of the fairway when we were playing in a night golf tourney!  {He is the golfer...I have no patience for it}

3. I LOVE sappy romantic movies...My favorite movie is  The Notebook {followed closely by Dirty Dancing and Pretty Woman...Thanks for introducing them to me Grandma Helen}

4. I dream of owning a big old farm house and renovating it...such charm they have!

5. I (not so secretly) LOVE Robert Pattinson...and Twilight...some say I am a little obsessed. My FAVORITE scene...when Edward walks into the cafeteria. *sigh*

6. I am a multitasker...with a capital M! I always have to be doing more than one thing at a time...I kind of go crazy if I'm not. {example: as I'm typing this I'm also nursing & texting my BFF}

7. I wanted to be a singer when I was little...ok I still kind of do.  Too bad I can't sing...

8. I am a coffee addict...I would drink it all day if I didn't get so buzzed.  I get excited when I go to sleep because I know when I  wake up I get to have a cup...or three.

9. In college I wanted to go into fashion design...even though I can't sew {or draw} Alas...my obsession with Project Runway!

10. I am a dreamer....sometimes even i can't keep up with all my ideas.

11. I "secretly" enjoy watching shows like Deadliest Catch, Myth Busters & Swamp Loggers with my Hubby! {just don't tell him}
